Due to the nature of our product and the high demand, items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check all items in your cart before placing your order to be sure they are exactly what you want and on the correct hardware (nylon headband or alligator clip)

However, we do want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, so if there does happen to be an issue that was a fault on our end, please contact us within 1 week of receiving your item(s) so that we may resolve your issue.
