Shipping/Missing Packages
Due to the high volume of orders, please be sure you have the correct shipping address entered for your order. I print shipping labels directly based on the information you have entered.
Worldwide shipping is now available!
At this point in time we do not have rush or expedited shipping available due to the high volume of orders. Please do not put a note on your order with a date you need your package by. I have a turnaround time up to 3 weeks! This does not include shipping time. If you need an item by a certain date, please send me an email and I will see what I can do to accommodate you!
Once you receive an email stating your order has been shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. Often times I am packaging orders in the evening or on weekends after the Post Office has closed, and these packages will not make it into the mail until the next available shipping date.
Once I have shipped an item, unfortunately it is out of my control. Sometimes packages arrive quickly and sometimes there are shipping delays but please remember that those things are an issue with USPS and not our shop.
If an item says "Delivered" on the tracking and you claim you have not received your item, please contact USPS regarding this issue. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about lost or stolen packages.
